When Play
isn't "working"

There will be times when your children are STILL being challenging or upset or anxious, even though you've done lots of fabulous play with them.

So what's going on?

It's important to know that there's nothing "wrong" with how you're doing the play, with you as a parent, or with your child.

It's not because play isn't effective.

It's because your children are needing something else.  They're carrying stresses & upset feelings that are too big to be released through laughter.

Instead, they need to cry & tantrum - WITH you.

So watch this video to find out what's going on & how you can help.

As you can see, our children's emotions drive their behaviour.  When you can help them those feelings, you help change the behaviour.

Laughter & crying - working in conjunction with each other - is what's going to help shift stress, fear, anger, sadness, anxieties, etc, etc.  Your children need to do both, whilst feeling close to you.

Which is lovely in theory, but can be hard in reality!

Which is where I'd love to help you more.
